The biggest difference we offer, when training for councils, from other training providers is that our qualified trainers and published authors have all ran successful teams within various companies and organisations. We deliver and write our training material from bloody nose experience not ivory tower philosophy. We also pride ourselves on not reading from a script. We use real life scenarios that are relevant to the session and the council. Where possible we use your case studies or we research and create our own.
It's important to us that we spend time understanding exactly what it is that you want. We want to get down to the root cause of an issue and ensure that the training session resolves it for you and your team at the council.
Also at the end of each session we always discuss the next step the team need to take moving forward and we offer ways we can help to keep them accountable for achieving the "course goals" they set themselves during the session.
Adrian Close is our learning development director and tends to deliver the leadership, management and HR courses for councils himself because, firstly that is his speciality and secondly he is very experienced delivering training sessions for councils through the UK, so it makes sense.
