The Program

It really is the best leadership training program around. The program consists of 12 training courses (one per month). There are lots of activities within each session that create goals for the learners to achieve when they return to work. They are designed to promote action and because they are monthly the managers and team leaders are held accountable to the tutor and their peers for achieving them. The Leadership and management reflective logbook is such a powerful tool for the learners. They will learn that one of the five pillars of emotional intelligence (EI) is self-awareness and reflection is such an important part of this. The logbook can also be used during the manager’s one to one and appraisal to prove forward momentum and personal development.
