Ultimate Leadership Training Ltd is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with the Mountain Training Trust (Plas y Brenin), in collaboration with the Mountain Adventure Fund (MAF). This initiative aims to inspire and motivate inner-city children by providing them with unique opportunities to experience the rugged outdoors and the challenges of mountain environments.

One of our core values at Ultimate Leadership Training Ltd is SUPPORT. We are dedicated to assisting those in need, whether it’s helping new and aspiring managers become everyone’s favourite leader or giving inner-city children the chance to be inspired and motivated through outdoor adventures.
2024 Initiative: Outdoor Activity Courses for Children
In 2024, our partnership with the Mountain Training Trust will enable 200 children across the UK to participate in one-week outdoor activity courses. These courses are designed to challenge and inspire young minds, fostering personal growth, teamwork, and a love for the natural environment.
For every one of our in-person training courses booked and delivered, a percentage of the fee will be allocated to fund these children’s outdoor experiences. Specifically, for every 10 courses booked, we will sponsor one child for a week-long course.
Ways to Contribute:
- Book Training Courses: Every in-person training session you book with us directly supports this initiative. Your team will be acknowledged for their contribution during the training.
- Make a Donation: Direct donations to the Mountain Adventure Fund are welcomed and greatly appreciated.
- Volunteer: You can volunteer to support the children during their week in the mountains, providing guidance and encouragement.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Train your staff with us and integrate this partnership into your company’s CSR activities.
