After a short comfort break we look at what makes a perfect coach. We also look at the potential dysfunctions of a team and how the "perfect coach" above can help towards eliminating them. We finish this part of the day off by looking at the symptoms of performance problems. |

After a well deserved lunch break we have a close look at a couple of videoed coaching sessions and work our way through a coaching model that makes a real difference. Our trainers have used it within their own teams and we know that if applied correctly will help the learners develop their teams. |

After our last quick comfort break the learners work in small groups and develop a coaching session for a specific member of the team they know is struggling in one particular area. We supply a large list of questions for the learners to consider which helps with their plan. Just before we close with questions and feedback the learners agree to a date to hold a real coaching session which can be reviewed by their managers - it's about accountability and action |
